The Squadron Burgee shall be Red, with White Cross and Navy Blue Maltese Cross in upper inner canton.

FLAG OFFICERS' PENNANTS
41.
The Commodore's Flag shall be the Squadron Burgee with swallow-tail. The Retired Commodore's Flag shall be similar to the Commodore's Flag with the letter "R" in the lower inner canton (their flag to be worn only by members who have held the office of Commodore of the Squadron). The Vice-Commodore's Flag, a similar flag with one navy blue ball in the lower inner canton, and the Rear Commodore's Flag, a similar flag with two navy blue balls in the lower inner canton and placed horizontally."

Though the Maltese Cross looks really black in these, these pennants probably give an impression of the current design of the burgee.
