The lesser coat of arms of Bijeljina is "Azure between two doves argent taloned gules regardant volant a monastery dome argent issuant from a base also argent with a tau cross gules throughout".
The middle coat of arms is topped with a golden masoned crown with four embattlements and includes a corn and maize ears in saltire with a white ribbon inscribed with the town name.
The greater coat of arms (image) includes supporters standing on a green mound: Filip Višnjić clad in folk attire holding a lute (gusle) and the flag of Republika Srpska and Knez Ivo of Semberije in nobleman's clothes holding a bag of coins and the flag of the Town of Bijeljina. Both flags have golden fringe, golden ferrules and golden dove-shaped finials.
The monastery shown is Tavna, while the tau cross represents the confluence of Drina into Sava. The supporters are actual historical figures from the town history. The crown includes the facade of the town hall. The golden crown with four embattlements symbolizes a town with more than 100,000 inhabitants.
