Governor-General Flag

According to 'Pavillons nationaux et marques distinctives' [pay00] - Governor-General (1:2) - The flag of usual pattern with the royal crest and ribbon bearing the name of the state. I used Graham's image for the crest. This GG flag must have been adopted around the time when the red stripes were added to the national flag, that would be 1981. Previous GG flag was of the defaced UJ type, shown e.g. in [smi80].
