The 2010 Paralympics have a logo now, which incorporates local colours. The
same week that the Paralympic logo was unveiled, the announcement was made that
some of the Paralympic sports will be located in Vancouver. Ironically, the
2010 "Vancouver" Paralympic Games were originally to be held entirely in
Whistler, BC. I hope the logo turns into a flag. A large IPC (International Paralympic
Committee) flag flies next to, and equally prominent with, the Olympic flag at
Vancouver City Hall. The flag-raising was attended by His Royal Highness the Earl of Wessex
(Prince Edward).

The IPC officially announced on 22 January 2007:
Last week-end, the official flag of the Vancouver 2010 Paralympic Winter Games was raised in front of the International Paralympic Committee’s (IPC) Headquarters (HQ) in Bonn, Germany.[...] The Vancouver 2010 flag will now fly side by side with the IPC flag and the flag of the Beijing 2008 Paralympic Games.
There are two photographs to illustrate the announcement, showing: - the three flags, from viewer's left to right, Vancouver 2010 Paralympics, IPC and Beijing 2008 - a close up on the Vancouver 2010 flag.
The logotype of Vancouver 2010 Paralympics, which is placed in the
middle of a white flag, can be seen on the Vancouver 2010 official
website (on top of the page)

At the ceremonies marking three years to the opening of the Olympics, this flag
was used along with the Olympic flag (not the 2010 Olympic flag). The "TM MC" is
included on the logo on the flag. (MC = marque de commerce -- i.e. TM in French)
