This is the composition of the flag of the Senado de la
República de Colombia (Senate of the Republicof Colombia), which
is the official name for the Higher Chamber in the Colombian
Congress. On the obverse there's the Coat of Arms on the
tricolour, bearing the name Republica de Colombia in capital
letters and on the bottom the word Senado.
