This is the flag of 1. FC Brno, football club playing at Czech top level, which is one of the most popular teams in country. This club was founded at 1913 under the name SK Žýidenice (after the Brno suburb where it originally was from), at 1933 it reached top Czechoslovak Football League at the first time. After WWII club several changed its name (Zbrojovka Brno, Boby Brno). At 1978 it gained its single league title.
Flag of 1. FC Brno has blue vertical strip (about 1/4 of length) at
hoist and five horizontal strips (red-white-red-white-red).
White and red is taken from coat of arms of Brno
and are colours of team kits. Blue is at club logo and it is sometimes
added as third colour of city - maybe because we can find this colour at
Czech state flag and Moravian coat of arms. There is also mention (in book
by Karel Liška and Ludvík Mucha: Klíč k našim městům, 1979)
about popular but unofficial design of Brno city flag at 1970s, which was
dark blue with W-R-W-R gothic shield in center.
More information at the club's website.

blue cross; a red canton charged with the white Bohemian double-tailed
lion rampant. After image at this
website; the club was founded in 1893 by Josef Rssler-Ořovskíý. It
is thanks to him, that the Czech delegation competed in the Games as a
recognised state even before independence was declared in 1918. The CYK
originated in the Blesk club.

I have recently acquired this stickpin featuring a very nice looking
enamel red and white flag. I believe it may be an American nautical flag
of some kind but I cannot find anything about it on any website. If you
could identify it for me it would be much appreciated.

It is stickpin of sport club "Slavia Praha Rowing Club" (Veslarskíý
klub Slavia Praha), see the club's website.
Victor Lomantsov, 18 Dec 2006
This club was founded in 1885, so it is 8 years older than the omni-club
SK Slavia (combining soccer, icehockey and a lot more), with which it was
merged by the Communists. This merger has been partly undone. SK Slavia
was founded in the end of the 19th century as a cycling club and distrusted
by the Habsburg government as a breeding nest of Czech national feelings.
All Slavia clubflags combine (probably not incidently) white and red colors.

Hockey club "Slavia" Prague - Emblem at this
website - Slavia seems to be a sportsclub with many activities, like
Icehockey and Football (soccer).

Club "Vajgar" - That is a sports club in Jindřichův
Hradec with (I suppose) many activities, like Icehockey and Rowing.
Many websites show this flag, like this
one.
