Windischleuba Municipality

It is a green-white-green vertical triband with ratio of stripes 1:2:1. The coat of arms is shifted to the top in the white stripe.

Windischleuba Coat of Arms

Shield Argent eight linden leaves Vert ordered 1:2:3:2, mantled Azure, at dexter charged with a sinister facing stork proper vigilant, at sinister with an embattled tower Argent with two windows of the same.
Meaning:
The stork is referring to a nature and bird reserve in the municipality. The tower belongs to the local castle, which was also depicted on the historical seals of the village. The leaves are representing the eight settlement cores the municipality. As there are linden trees in nearly all villages, the linden leaf was chosen as an appropriate symbol.
