Gröden Coat of Arms

Shield Argent, parted enhanced by a bend wavy Azure, in sinister chief a hunting horn Gules, issuant from base a stepped triplemount, its peaks topped by a levelling board Argent and Gules in pale and two firs Vert with stems Sable.
Meaning:
The bend wavy is probably representing the rivers Schwarze Elster and Pulsnitz, merging in the area of the municipality. The triplemount is alluding to the local landscape and the levelling board is representing the highest point in the area, called Heidehöhe. Gröden is the seat of Schradenland Subcounty.

Meaning:
The arms are canting, displaying a stag (German: Hirsch) and an acre (German: Feld), represented by the chequered partition.
