Shield parted per fess, above Azure two fleur-de-lis Argent in fess, beneath Argent a grapevine Azure with two leaves of the same.
Meaning:
The grapevine is symbolising viticulture and had been on local seals since 1930, sometimes topped by the Württemberg antler. The former arms were adopted approved on 25 Juli 1952 by the state government. The fleur-de-lis were added later. The are taken from a seal of Conrad of Achalm from 1243. The Achalms had been Imperial Reeves of Kohlberg.
