Coat of Arms

Shield parted per chevron embowed; above Or, at dexter an eagle's head Sable, crowned, armed and tongued Gules, at sinister a fleur-de-lis Gules, beneath a horseshoe Or.
Meaning:
The arms are combining elements from the arms of the three former municipalities, forming Schöneck on 1 July 1970: The eagle of Büdesheim, the fleur-de-lys from Kilianstädten and the horseshoe from Oberdorfelden.

It is a yellow-red-yellow vertical triband with ratio of stripes approx. 1:4:1. The coat of arms is shifted to the top within the central stripe.

Oberdorfelden Coat of Arms

Shield Or a horseshoe Gules.
Meaning:
The arms were designed in the 1950 and are based on the only known seal of the village, dating from the 18th century. The horseshoe is most likely an old village symbol.
