It is a yellow-blue-yellow horizontal triband with ratio of stripes approx. 1:3:1. The coat of arms is in the middle of the blue stripe.

Shield Or, on mount Vert a pine Vert trunked Sable, flanked by two inescutcheons, at dexter Gules a fess Argent, at sinister Azure a rainbow of Gules, Or and Azure surrounded by three 6-point stars Or ordered 2:1.
Meaning:
The arms are based on a draft from 1936. The tree is a typical Markian pine. The inescutcheons are displaying the family arms of the von Buch kin and the von Winz kin.
