Meaning:
Eisingen became a possession of the margraves of Baden throughout the 15th century. The margraves acquired the last quarter of the village in 1495. The first seal was made in 1497. It already displayed plough share and knife, representing agriculture and viticulture. The plough share also appeared on boundary stones of the village. The pattern changed a few times.
