Shield parted per fess of Sable and Or a lion rampant in counterchanged tinctures, holding an inescutcheon parted by a fess once stepped of Or and Sable.
Meaning:
The lion is representing the Lords of Offenheim and the inescutcheon their predecessors, the Lords of Seibersdorf. The latter acquired much land around Seiboldsdorf, their ancestral seat, and established a little lordship. The former gained the status of a district (Bavarian: Hofmark) in 1544. They also had the local low level cognisance in the Seibersdorf district, which nearly covered the complete nowadays municipality, until the 18th century.
