Shield Azure a church Argent with roofs Gules and a weather cock Or on top of the eastern end of the nave, chief Argent charged with a panther passant Gules.
Meaning:
The canting parish church (German: Pfarrkirche) appeared already on the first town seal with prints since 1374, had however just one tower. The current arms were introduced in 1447. The panther is a differentiation of the arms of the Palatine Counts of Spanheim, who died out in 1248. In 1805 the panther was replaced by the Bavarian lion. In 1819 a 2nd tower was added for good and the panther was restored. The 2nd tower also appeared on armourials from the 16th century. Pfarrkirchen is the seat of Rottal-Inn County.

The banner is in use without approval. The arms were granted on 10 March 1447 by Duke Heinrich the Rich of Bayern-Landshut.
