Coat of Arms

Shield parted fir-tree-topped embowed of Argent and Vert, the field Argent is charged with a tower Gules having four stores with windows Sable.
Meaning:
The green base is referring to the forest surrounding the municipality. Name giver of the municipality is nearby Alheimer, a mountain. The tower is the Alheimerturm, a look-out, which is located on top of the mountain, a memorial for the victims of WW1 and WW2.

Heinebach Coat of Arms

Shield Gules, a bend wavy Argent, charged with three oak leaves Vert.
Meaning:
The bend wavy probably is symbolising the name giving creek.
The arms were approved on 9 March 1955 by Minister of Interior of Hesse.
