It is a blue-yellow horizontal bicolour with centred coat of arms. Please note that all other sources say that the colours should be yellow-blue, which is however contradicted by photo in source given here.

Shield Azure, above a bow Or in fess, beneath a 6-point star Or.
Meaning:
Bogen gained the rights of a market town in 1341 and of a city in 1952. The bow (German: Bogen) is a canting element. During the 15th century it had been erroneously assumed to be the family arms of the Counts of Bogen, who died out in 1242. The star probably had been the proper local symbol of the town. The bow had a white bowstring at least until 1965. The tinctures blue and white are alluding to the lozengy shield of the Wittelsbach kin and of the counts, being their predecessors, as well. Since the 17th century the bowstring sometimes had been erroneously supposed to be a line of partition. The star sometimes had been facetted.
