A golden post horn on a black-red-gold tricolor. After 1920, the post horn was frequently white. It was replaced by a very similar flag on 11 April 1921. The two differed only in the width of the red stripe and a small detail in the design of the horn. Source: Dreyer 1999 [dry99].

Postal flags of the period 1919-1921 are a bit confusing. There were at least two designs. A first one was made from the old 1893-1919 flag by cutting out the post horn and sewing it onto a black-red-gold flag. Proportion 2:3. Sources:

On the other hand there was at least a project for a new postal flag consisting of a white post horn on a black-red-gold flag. Obviously this was already designed in September 1919, but was not officially introduced, as in April 1921 there was a new regulation on flags, including the postal flag. How much the two provisional postal flags were used, is not clear from the sources. Sources:
