Canoeing Club Wertheim

It is a yellow, triangular pennant with a white disc shifted to the hoist. The disc has a blue fimbriation and displays blue initials "KC" (1st line) "W" (2nd line). The disc is connected by blue bars with each point. The colours are the same like those of the local derowing club and the city of Wertheim. The blue shade shade on the city flag is celestial blue.
Source: I spotted this pennant on 21 May 2013 at the club's boathouse in Wertheim.
