It is a turquoise flag. In its centre are two black stickmen, a canoeist and a rower, holding a paddle or and a skull both having white blades. An embowed black inscription is surrounding the pair. The inscription is the name of the club.

It is a celestial blue over yellow over white horizontal tricolour. In the centre of the flag is a dark blue cotized shield. Its base is white divided by four dark blue barrets. In the main field is a white inscription "USV"(1st line) over "Jena e.V." (2nd line, smaller).
