The white flag is divided by two horizontal stripes, a blue one in the upper half a red one in the lower half. In the centre of the flag is a modified coat of arms of the city of Potsdam showing a red sinister facing eagle in a yellow shield. The shield is topped by a red mural crown.
Quasi as being placed on 3rd horizontal "white stripe" in the middle is a black inscription flanking the coat of arms: "POTSDAMER RUDER-"(hoist) and "GESELLSCHAFT e.V." (fly).

It is a red over white over red horizontal triband with ratio approx 1:2:1. A yellow pair of crossed oars is superimposing the triband flanked by black inscriptions "Prenzlauer"((hoist), "Sportverein"(fly) and "Uckermark" (bottom, smaller and between inverted commas).
