The flag of the General Directorate for Customs can be seen in several photographs online, perhaps most prominently in the background at https://www.hacienda.gob.do/ministerio-de-hacienda-dga-y-ceird/, along with the flags of the Ministry of Finance, the Export and Investment Center of the Dominican Republic, and the Dominican Republic national flag. The DGA flag features the agency's logo centered on a white field. The logo has the stylized letters "D" in dark blue, "G" in light green, and "A" in light blue, each bearing the silhouette of a mode of transportation handled by the agency: the bow of a ship in the "D," the back end of an automobile in the "G," and the vertical stabilizer and tail section of an airplane in the "A." Below those letters is the word "ADUANAS" in black, capital, serif lettering.

The General Directorate for Customs (Dirección General de Aduanas, DGA) is the agency of the Dominican Republic government responsible for overseeing the import and export of goods through the country's borders, facilitating foreign trade, and contributing to the economic growth and competitiveness of the country, according to the agency's website. It is a subordinate of the Finance Ministry, and has existed in some form since 1845. In 1970, the responsibility for overseeing transportation of cargo was separated from the Customs Service and invested in the newly created Dominican Port Authority. Since then, the DGA has been solely responsible for the customs aspect, including collection of tariff revenues in import/export duties.
