About the flag

This flag is shown at http://www.cpr-government.org/index_English.htm.

What is shown on the CPR website found by Dov is rather puzzling. The CPR seems to have been founded in the 1990s in Langen (Germany) by Faiez Nagib, president of the CPR. The site shows a few snips from German local newspapers announcing the foundation of the CPR. However, the CPR website does not seem to include evidence of the real activity of the CPR. It lists links to Coptic organizations all over the world and contains anti-Islamic and anti-Egyptian (government) rants. The images of the CPR only shows the President, including a picture portraying him standing on his balcony with a shield decorated with the eagle from the flag and the URL of the website. I have not found either a specific political program but "we have broken negotiations with the Egyptian government since they harassed us" or a list of members, council, legal representatives etc. of the CPR.

Concerning the symbols, which are widely shown on the CPR website, nothing is said on their meaning but there is a link towards a German flag manufacturer, who sells the flag for 9 euros.
