The flag of San Juan del Monte is prescribed by a Decree adopted on 21 April 2005 by the Municipal Council, signed on 15 December 2005 by the Mayor, and published on 30 December 2005 in the official gazette of Castilla y León, No. 251, p. 22,653 (text).
The flag is described as follows:

Flag: Quadrangular flag (1:1), whose colors are on a red field three gyrons of base 2/10, yellow, black and white, in the middle the municipal coat of arms.
