According to José Manuel Erbez (Banderas y escudos de Canarias, 2007; website), the flag used in Santa Úrsula is white with the municipal coat of arms in the middle.
The coat of arms of Santa Úrsula is prescribed by Decree No. 339 adopted on 15 February 1962 by the Spanish Government and published on 23 February 1962 in the Spanish official gazette, No. 47, pp. 2,703-2,704 (text).
The coat of arms, validated by the Royal Academy of History, is described as follows:
Coat of arms: Argent a St. Ursula (the village's patron saint and namesake) surrounded by two Canarian palms (symbols of the Tenerife environment). The shield surmounted with a coronet.
