The flag of Los Cerralbos is prescribed by an Order issued on 3 2002 by the Government of Castilla-La Mancha and published on 22 April 2002 in the official gazette of Castilla-La Mancha, No. 49, pp. 6,597 (text).
The flag is described as follows:
Flag: Composed of three horizontal, parallel stripes, the first and the third, equal, the second, very reduced on length but not in width. The upper stripe, red, the second, celestial blue, and the third, green. A white triangle running from the hoist to the center of the flag; in this space, centered, is placed the municipal coat of arms.
The coat of arms of Los Cerralbos is prescribed by an Order issued on 3 2002 by the Government of Castilla-La Mancha and published on 22 April 2002 in the official gazette of Castilla-La Mancha, No. 49, pp. 6,597-6,598 (text).
The coat of arms is described as follows:
Coat of arms: Per pale, 1. Azure a double-armed cross or, 2. Gules a ladder argent in bend. Grafted in base, vert two mounts argent in base. The shield surmounted by a Spanish Roayl crown.
The Royal Academy of History raised minor objections to the proposed coat of arms: the ladder should not reach the shield's border and the mounts shall be represented rounded-off and not triangular, with three peaks instead of two.
The Academy validated the proposed flag, which is in proportions 3:5.

The mountains make the arms canting, for cerros albos, "white mountains".
