The flag of the Civil Defense is orange with the international symbol of civil protection, a blue equilateral triangle, fimbriated yellow, surrounded by a blue circle fimbriated yellow, in its centre. Within the blue circle is a white inscription "PROTECCION CIVIL". The circle is topped by a yellow, crown-shaped logo while its bottom is superimposed by an ascending diagonal stripe, horizontally divided green-white-green (for Andalusia). Within the white stripe is the name of the local branch, "CHIPIONA".
