dissected in film school. It takes place in a fictional Seattle called Rain
City, and the money, uniforms and flags in the windows all look
slightly Canadian-ized.
Unfortunately, even though the work's quirky cast and tone make it a
cult classic, I have been unable to mine any visuals online.
