Description of the flag

The flag is green with five wavy horizontal lies, in yellow, light blue, black with yellow fimbration, red and white. In the canton are nine small white five-pointed stars and one large white five-pointed star. All the stars are arranged in a circle.

I've seen this colorful flag that was displayed by the Sapwuahfik delegation to the Pohnpei Cultural Day in April. What
troubled me is that the reverse side was plain green: https://www.facebook.com/photo. I really hope that they have officially adopted this flag and they just didn't have enough time to "construct" a "real" flag for the occasion!
