The municipality of La Chapelle-en-Serval (3,140 inhabitants in 2018; 1,081 ha) is located 30 km north of Paris.

The flag of La Chapelle-en-Serval (photo, photo<.A>, photo) is white with the municipal coat of arms, "Azure a chevron or between two mullets in chief and a duckling counter-rampant in base all of the same". On the flag, the coat of arms is placed on a golden setting, surmounted by a golden crown and supported by two brown bears. The whole is surrounded by the names of the municipality and of the department.
