Fafalios, now based in Piraeus is one of the big shipowner's dynasties originating from the island of Chios.

House flag of Fafalios

According to Brown's Flags and Funnels of Shipping Companies of the World (1995) [lgr95], the house flag of Fafalios is blue with a white letter "Φ" (the Greek letter for "PH" or "F").
Josef Nuesse shows a triangular pennant of similar design.
