From the homepage of the Nemzeti Kulturális Alap <www.nka.hu>:
"Briefly about the National Cultural Fund - The National Assembly set up the National Cultural Fund for the support of the creation and preservation of Hungarian cultural values and their propagation domestically and abroad. The National Cultural Fund is operating under the supervision of the Ministry of Cultural Heritage."

I asked them about the flag and they answered that they had a white flag (ratio 1:2) with the emblem on its center.

Organization of the Great Cumanian Towns

The flag of the Great Cumania at <www.kisujszallas.hu>. Great Cumania is a historical territory in Jász-Nagykun-Szolnok county. It was an autonomous territory till 1876. The chief of this territory was the Captain of the Cumanians. The organization of the Great Cumanian Towns: Nagykun Együttmuködési Társulás. I think this association use this flag. Cumanians are Hungarians with great traditions
István Molnár, 19 March 2001

The Cumanians is not an ethnic or minority group. Cumanians (people living in Great Cumania (JNSZ Co.) and Little Cumania (Bacs-Kiskun Co.) like Hajdús, Palocs, Matyós, etc is one etnographical group of the Hungarians. Their ancestors were the originally Cumanians settled from Cumania (now Moldova Rep.), South Ukraina, Moldova (Romania) to Hungary in the 13th century. Their settlements were devastated at the time of the Turkish wars. At the beginning of the 18th century their territories were resettled by their Hungarian speaking descendants. In the middle of the 18th century they redeemed themselves and they became free farmers not serfs. They have got reach cultural traditions. This flag is the flag of an settlements' confederation (cultural-historical).

I beg to differ.  If you click on "Programmok", then "Kunkapitányválasztás", and you go to the bottom of the page, you see a flag.  However, the caption reads "the kunkapitány stands in front of the Hussars from Túrkeve, and of the flag of Nagykunság (Greater Cumania)".  From my quick look around, there isn't a flag of the Association.
The Cumans (or Kunok) were originally a Turkic tribe, with whom the Magyars fought during and after the disappearance of the Petcheneg (Besenyö) tribes, on Hungary's Transylvanian border after their conquest of the Carpathian basin. They were invited into Hungary to resettle the country after the Mongol raids of 1241-1242 following the battle of Muhi, in return for military service and a number of other privileges, they were granted a large tract of land between the Danube (Duna) and Theiss (Tisza) rivers, today's Nagy- and Kiskunság.
