Overview

"BORDERPOL was established by a small group border and security experts in 2003 with historic ties to the International Border Police Conference (from 1992 to 2012) . It has over the past decade evolved into a peerless and unique service institution. It works in the fields of airport security, anti-trafficking, counter terrorism, customs, cyber security, immigration and maritime security".

Eligible members are government border agencies as well as commercial organizations supporting or doing business with border agencies.

They organize the World BORDERPOL Congress which is the the annual gathering of the border management & security industry.
