Description of the Flag

The flag of the Collective Security Treaty Org. (formerly the CIS Collective Security Treaty), established 7 Oct. 2002 can be seen at http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Collective_Security_Treaty_Organization. The flag is clearly visible in the background.  It looks simply as the logo on a dark blue background. The home site of the organization is at http://www.dkb.gov.ru/start/indexa.htm.
