The Union of Ibero-American Capital Cities, UCCI (Unión de Ciudades Capitales
Iberoamericanas), is an international, non-governmental organization of 29 major
Ibero-American cities that fosters ties and friendly relations between its
members. It was founded in October 1982, the union is headquartered in Madrid.

Its flag is light blue with its logo and abbreviation placed under the logo
which consists of three blue discs, upper is charged with a yellow sun, central
depiocts a white dove, and the lower is a part of globe with contour map of
