I recieved information about the flag of the Principato di
Santa Maria del Monte (small state like Seborga or Tavolara).
This flag is white with seal in center in light blue. I have a
photocopy of a photo but it is unclear. The seal seems to have a
crown and other devices but is different from the city Coat of
Arms.
