The flag of the village of Tozawa is purple with mark.

The village emblem was adopted on Apr 1st 1965 but there is no flag law. The purple flag has a white village emblem in the center. The village emblem is a stylized hiragana と To of Tozawa. It represents a happiness and a concord of the villagers and an exponential development of the village.
