There is an
image of the
letter-of-arms showing a drawing of the flag, this being a rather
ancient-looking staff with a long horizontal flag with a ratio of about 1:3
(stripes from top to bottom blue-yellow-red). This is merely a nice drawing
and certainly never used like that.
