The provincial flags of 1968-1976
are of a uniform pattern. Each is square with the arms of the
province surmounted by a red schwenkel bearing a green
pentagram, representing the national flag.

The city display on a with a white waving St.Andrews cross diagonally
divided shield of red (at the top and bottom)
and green (dexter and sinister) a yellow moroccan crown with white Salomon
seal (top), a black torch with yellow fire (bottom), an two symbols in gold
(sinister and dexter). The dexter symbol is a sign of the alchemy, the
sinister symbol is a cogwheel.
