Kunene Regional Council

The Kunene Regional Council is located in the north-west of Namibia with its headquarters in Opuwo. 

The flag of the Council consists of three horizontal stripes of light (mustard) brown, white and dark brown with the Kunene Regional Council Arms in the centre, overlapping all three stripes.  The Council name appears in a scroll above the Arms and its motto, "Unity, Development, Progress", appears in a scroll below.
