Oranjelijn/Zeetransport

On the house flag chart of "De Blauwe Wimpel", Apr 1956 is the houseflag of N.V Maatschappij Zeetransport "Oranjelijn", Rotterdam: Red with a Blue diamond, charged with white intertwined capitals "VA".
This company seems to be a merger of Oranjelijn and Zeetransport (whose flag, as used in the 1940's was nearly identical, but with a larger capital "A")
Possibly the orange color was found in the combination of a red house flag and a yellow funnel...
