This is a variant simply consisting of the red waves and cross, plus
the name (in black, italic, and without serifs) “REIN / PLUS” (cropped
photo).
Source: Marktplaats (Dutch auction site) offer no. 180975906, accessed
13 Jul 2008, put up by “Skipvlag”, dimensions given as 0.45 [m] x 0.90
[m].
This may well be a local German variant - after all, the firm is active
in two countries and Germany has a tradition of “Rein” flags and pennants.

‘Binnenvaartkrant’
no. 22 of 21 Oct 2008 has more on Van Woerden (current link to on-line
version; in Dutch), p. 5: ‘Bunkervisionair Barend van Woerden (81) overleden’
(i.e. “Bunker business visionary Barend van Woerden (81) died”. (On
9 Oct. 2008, jm.)
At eighteen, WWII not yet over, Van Woerden had to succeed his father
who operated a towage business. The growing success of selling coal and,
later, mineral oil to shippers during the nineteen fifties led to his ceasing
towage and taking up bunkering full-time. Opening a station (Druten, 1961)
was quite new for that time. Van Woerden let the business to his sons,
himself being active until 1990. In 1994 Reinplus was founded, based on
a merger with other firms.
Marktplaats (Dutch auction site) offer no. 5230438713 (accessed 23
Sep 2006) put up by “m” of Waddinxveen, Zuid-Holland, concerns the Van
Woerden house flag. Dimensions given as 46 cm x 70 cm.
Green field with two white vertical edges linked by a white sagging
bow bearing black serif-less letters ‘BVW’. You could say that, seen
from afar, the green-and-white figure recalls an oil drum.
In this case the letters follow the bow whereas a 2007 German eBay
offer – confirming the company name – shows them upright (vertical); but
that was merely a table flag. Flag
modellers’ page, showing version with letters following the bow (under
‘v’).
