I don't trust this one. The author refer to them as flag of
"province" (and it is not...) and there is
no support to this images. I expect somebody that report a flag
to use the correct terminology. Moreover, wikipedia itself (both
English and Spanish) don't use those images in their main pages
of this comarca..

I was in contact with the provincial authorities of Panama in
2003. Madungandí (created by law 24 dated 1996), is a kuna
territory in Panama province, Flag, if any, is unknown to me.
