I found a photo of the chief justice of the Pakistani Supreme Court with what is obviously the court's flag to his left (viewer's right). Original location here.

The flag is green, with a yellow vertical stripe along the hoist. Centred on the green field is a wreath with Urdu text inside, and the title in English below.
