The flag has a ratio 5:8 and the figures are in center of cloth.
The official colors are:
blue: Pantone CVC 661
yellow: Pantone CVC 109
black: Pantone CVC 433
The symbols wre adopted 9. Juli 2002. Das Gesetz lautet:
