The arms are Argent two needles Sable crossed per saltire and threaded Sable and in chief a bird's nest Vert garnished Or, on a base wavy Azure two barrulets wavy Argent. Mural crown Argent with four visible towers (town rank) and white scroll reading in black upper case letters "MINDE".

Minde Commune is one of the seven communes of Alcanena Municipality (q.v.); it had 3311 inhabitants in 2001 and covers 21,20 km².

There’s also the minderico speaker’s community, in a town called Minde. But that’s not a language, but an artificial lingo invented a few centuries ago by locals in order to be able to communicate between themselves without being understood by strangers. It’s pure portuguese, only the words get twisted meanings.

I think the correct term for such a “language” is "jargon" (in Portuguese "geringonça").
