Shield Or, an olive tree eradicated Vert fruited Sable, in chief a sword Gules between a bunch of grapes Purpure leaved Vert and a sheaf of wheat Vert tied Gules, in base a bar wavy Azure chatrged with a barrulet wavy Argent. Ervidel Commune is one of the four communes of the Aljustrel Municipality; it had 1005 inhabitants in 2011 and covers 38.9 km².
