It is a typical Portuguese communal flag, with the coat of arms centred on a plain green field.

The banner has silver and red tassels and cord, which is unusual, silver and green should be normal, and a golden pole and finial.

Biscainho Commune is one of the six communes of Coruche Municipality (q.v.); it had 1074 inhabitants in 2011 and covers 81.37 km².
