Shield Gules, in base a mountain issuant Argent and Vert, crowned by a castle Or, masoned Sable with port and windows Sable, the central tower superimposed by a saltire Gules, in dexter chief a waning crescent Argent, in sinister chief a bell Argent with bobbin Or.
