Lousã Commune probably shared the symbols of the municipality (see flag above) and had no proper symbols. As the communal heraldry page displays only the symbols of Vilarinha (see below) and of the town of Lousã, it is very likely that the commune had no symbols of its own.

It is a fairly typical Portuguese communal flag, with the coat of arms centred on a plain yellow background (village rank).

Vilarinho Commune was one of the 6 pre 2013 communes of Lousã Municipality; it had 2893 inhabitants in 2011 and covers 25.3 km².
