Shield Gules, a pillory Argent flanked by two paly palm leaves Or. Mural crown Argent with four visible towers and (town rank) white scroll with inscription in black initials: "PAIALVO".
Meaning:
The pillory is a local monument. The leaves are representing the Holy Martyrs of the city of Concórdia.
